Objective
The Operations Strategy & Tactical Support Lead serves as the strategic and operational extension of the EVP of FBO Operations, playing a central role in driving Product and Profit Dominance across the FBO network. This position blends executive-level operational analytics, market intelligence, reporting governance, and high-level administrative leadership.
This individual acts as an extension of the EVP's leadership, working closely with Compliance leadership, Sales, General Managers, and corporate departments to ensure that operational performance, financial outcomes, and brand standards are aligned, measurable, and continuously improving. This role is both strategic and execution-focused - turning data into insight, insight into action, and action into results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide the EVP with decision-ready intelligence
- Standardized and elevate reporting across all FBOs and departments
- Support Product & Profit Dominance through operational analysis and market awareness
- Serve as a central coordination point between Compliance, Sales, and Operations
- Ensure executive initiatives move from idea to implementation
- Deliver professional, high-level executive support and organizational leadership
Operational Strategy & Performance Intelligence
- Compile, analyze, and synthesize operational, financial, and performance data from FBOs to support EVP decision-making.
- Develop recurring executive dashboards and performance summaries.
- Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across the network.
- Monitor progress of Product & Profit Dominance initiatives and report outcomes.
- Gather and organize market intelligence, competitive data, and regional performance indicators.
Reporting Governance & Standardization
- Drive conformity, structure, and consistency in all GM and departmental reports.
- Establish and maintain reporting templates, standards, and submission timelines.
- Review submitted reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity before executive review.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment between operations, finance, sales, and compliance reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work hand in hand with Compliance leadership to align operational execution with brand standards and regulatory expectations.
- Partner with Sales to align operational capabilities with market opportunities.
- Track follow-through on key initiatives across departments and facilities.
- Serve as liaison between the EVP and GMs, corporate teams, and external stakeholders.
Executive Initiative Management
- Track EVP-led projects, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and cross-functional commitments are met.
- Prepare executive briefings, summaries, and decision-support materials.
- Research and analyze special projects and growth opportunities.
Executive Support Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the EVP of FBO Operations.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel across time zones.
- Anticipate executive needs and ensure preparation materials are ready in advance.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and drive follow-up on action items.
- Act as a gatekeeper for communications and priorities.
- Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and company-wide communications.
- Coordinate business travel, expense reporting, and executive logistics.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
- Provide hands-on support for special events, meetings, and corporate initiatives.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Non-exempt position. Requires evenings, occasional weekends, and scheduled company holidays.

Required Education and Experience
- Technical Background and direct Operation Experience preferred
- Experience in executive support, operations coordination, or performance analytics
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
